Medium size: 55 x 40 cm. It's important that the opening of your oven can fit a width of 40 cm at least.
 
Large size: 72 x 52 cm. This can fit about 4 large sourdough loaves, or 5 baguettes. It's important that the opening of your oven can fit a width of 55 cm at least.
