Making sourdough breads could be a daunting task, but this simple device solves the most puzzling uncertainty of bulk fermentation and proofing by maintaining an almost constant temperature of your dough, whether during the bulk fermentation stage or proofing in the basket, making the whole process more predictable. Different breads require specific desired dough temperatures. By using this device you can almost precisely nail any recipe since you can adjust the temperature as you would like and you can achieve repeatable results thanks to the highly efficient cyclopentane insulation in this device.

 

In addition, when not making doughs, this device can be used to store flour, wine, breads, different types of grains and nuts. You can also successfully ferment sauerkraut and kimchi that work best between 21 to 24 °C (not achievable in Malaysia’s hot climate). Making butter enriched croissants and brioches is trouble-free as the temperature can be kept around 27 °C too.
