Khorasan wheat is an ancient grain used similarly as modern wheat. Not all grains can be sprouted, but this Kamut can be easily sprouted as it is intact and organic. Its grains can be consumed whole, sprouted, or milled into flour. It can be found in breads (you can also order our own sourdough bread with Khorasan grain), bread mixes, breakfast cereals, cookies, waffles, pancakes, baked goods, pastas, and snacks. Apart from its nutritional qualities, Khorasan wheat is recognized for its smooth texture and rich nutty, buttery flavour. It has much higher protein content compared to modern wheat.
