This exquisite creation combines layers of moist chocolate cake infused with the rich essence of cocoa, interlaced with velvety raspberry filling, and enveloped in smooth chocolate ganache. Available in Belgian semi sweet chocoloate and Belgian ruby chocolate. The ruby chocolate variety is naturally and beautifully pink, reminiscent of the color of a ruby gemstone (we don't use any artificial coloring for this chocolate).
